Eligibility

Registration and Admission

  • The duly filled Admission form is to be submitted to the office within 7 Days from the date of taking Admission Form.
  • A copy of birth certificate must be attached with the Admission Form.
  • Students coming from other schools must submit a photocopy of the report card of Previous class attached.
  • Students coming from other schools must submit original Transfer Certificate Issued by the previous school.
  • Students are to undergo an aptitude cum entrance test for Admission to class 1st onwards.
  • After confirmation of admission, parents are required to pay the admission fee Along with the first quarter fee in advance. In case the admission is withdrawn by Parents, the fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • The school reserves all rights to accept or deny any admission.

Admission in class 11th

C lass 10th is the terminal stage in the 10+2 scheme of education followed by the school. Hence admission to class 11th in the school shall be a fresh admission for the institution.

  • This admission shall be subjected to screening of all the students by the Principal.
  • Regularity in attendance, consistent academic performance, as well as, good conduct and behavior are essential.
  • The school shall fix up eligibility norms for admission to Science and Commerce streams. Only those eligible will be considered for admission
  • The decision of the Principal will be final in the matter of admission.

Imporatant instructions regarding admission

Candidates desirous of admission will have a familiarization session/test in English /Math/Hindi.

On the basis of the overall performance of the candidates, the Principal will select students for admission .Name and Date of Birth as recorded in the Registration from by the Parents/ Guardians will be considered final. Parents and Guardians must, therefore, ensure that these entries are correct, to avoid any problem later. At the time of admission, every student must produce a Transfer Certificate from the school last attended. In the case of students (for admission to Play Centre, Nursery, LKG and UKG) a Birth Certificate from the Municipal Corporation or an Affidavit showing the date of birth is to be produced at the time of Registration.

Students coming from school Affiliated to other Boards will have to get their Transfer Certificate duly countersigned by the District Education Officer.

Unless the Transfer Certificate/Birth Certificate/Affidavit, Blood Certificated, Vaccination Report, Photographs are produced, admission will be treated as provisional. In case such a certificate is not submitted within a month from the date of admission, the scholar’s name will be removed from the rolls of the school, without any notice to the Parents/Guardians. The school does not allow any private tution from its staff for Entrance Test. It is therefore, advised that no staff member be approached for any such work.

The Principal reserves the right to accept or reject any application for admission/re-admission without Form which is to be submitted for final order to the Principal. Within days of such issuance, failing which, the seat will be treated as vacant and will be filled up by another candidate.

School Dues Child

The school will levy Rs. 100 as late fee fine after due month. Re- admission will be there after 2 due months.

The school dues are realizes quarterly, i.e. in the month of April, July, October and January by the 10th of the month of the quarter. Parents are required to deposit the dues in cash/local cheque/D.D at fee counter of the school. Post dated cheques will not be accepted.

Generally, if any revision of fees is made effective from the beginning of the academic year, parents will be informed, well in advance. However, if any revision of fee/additional fee is introduced by the managements during the academic year, it must be paid without any representation.

Withdrawal Procedure of Child

One month’s written notice must be given of intended withdrawal of the child from school or two months fees will be charged. Withdrawal application is to be submitted to the Principal. If a student is withdrawn in February, fees for the month of March and April will be charged.

Transfer Certificate will be issued after one week from the date of withdrawal application after the clearance of all dues.

Examination and Promotion Policy

For Nursery to UKG

The exam pattern will consist of three term basis (Term-1, Term-2 & Term-3) in which each exam will comprise of 100 marks. The evaluation follows the Grading system.

For Class 1st to 5th

The exam pattern consists of 3 Evaluation Assessments (EV-1, EV-2 & EV-3) in one academic year. Every EV will be divided into an oral exam and a written exam 0f 50 marks each.

For Class 6th to 9th

the exam pattern will consist of two term basis (Term-1 & Term-2) in which all main subjects will be divided into a written exam of 80 marks and Internal Assessment of 20 marks each subject. A student must obtain at least 33% marks (Grade D) in aggregate to qualify for the next class.

For Class 11th

The exam pattern will consist of two term basis (Term-1 & Term-2) in which each of the five main subjects will be scored out of 100. The students must obtain at least 33% marks (Grade D) in order to qualify for the next class.

For Class 10th 12th

Since the school follows the Board Bases Examination for its board classes, so the exam pattern will be as per the board guidelines.
